6. PUBLIC: Questions, comments, and concerns may be addressed to the Planning Board. Any party wishing to speak must go through the Chairman, identify themselves, state their physical address, and keep their discussion brief and on-subject. Repetitive concerns will be allowed, but the discussion will be limited and monitored for time.
